Scenario

Hiberus contacted us to provide development services for a Drupal Commerce implementation — looking for a partner able to integrate with their existing teams.

Solution

We provided a team of six Drupal developers coordinated by a tech manager, working directly with Hiberus project managers, designers, and DevOps.

The site migrated from Drupal 7 with Ubercart to Drupal 8 with Drupal Commerce — including data and module migration, theme development, custom modules, and production environment support.

The most challenging work was ERP integration: custom modules to sync orders, product updates, and status changes between Drupal and the ERP.

We also upgraded the "Paga Mas Tarde" payment gateway module from Drupal 7 to 8 and contributed it back to the Drupal community.
